No problem, just contact the Atlas travel sales office by e-mail or by phone. We will e-mail you another copy of your e-ticket.
Once you have completed the online request you will instantly receive an email acknowledging your request which will include a booking reference code. If you don’t receive it within few minutes you may have entered your email incorrectly or your email server has routed the email to a spam/junk folder, or it might be a system error. In these cases it is suggested to call our call center on our Toll free number 1-877-600-5454 or 1-416-222-0717 or email us at We will find your ticket, it there is any legitimate reservation or we can book for you
If you need another copy of your itinerary you can use your booking reference code to take a copy by going in our web site again in “MY ITINERARY” enter booking Reference number and passenger last name you will see detail of your itinerary and e-ticket. If you don’t have your booking reference, please contact us by phone or send us an e-mail.
All our tickets are issued and given as an electronic ticket. We no longer issue paper tickets.
