Payment Process

We accept credit card, debit/visa, e-transfer, cash; but the accepted form of payment for online purchases is a valid US or Canadian credit card or Debit-Visa card. You can also E-transfer or direct deposit. We also accept payment via PayPal and western Union. Please contact us for more information and options. We can help you, even if you do not have credit card.
Debit cards may be used but are generally subject to low daily limits that may cause the payment process to be rejected. We accept the following types of major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Debit-Visa and MasterCard.
To complete the purchase process you will need to enter credit card information and have it validated before a ticket is issued. If the entered credit card information is not valid then a general error will be show up on the screen. If there is any problem you may call the call center immediately at our Toll Free number 1-877-600-5454 or 1-416-222-0717 or e-mail us at agent@atlas.travel and provide the information with valid credit card information for making the reservation and ticketing.
Please be aware we have no control over the airlines taking their seats back for inventory purposes from an un-ticketed reservation without notice. Most credit card declines are the result of inaccurate information being entered into the website payment page such as incorrect input of credit card digits, security code, expiration date, name on the card and/or address. These problems can be remedied by simply calling our call center and correcting the entered data.
Only Visa, Master Cards and American Express and Debit-Visa are accepted. If you’d like you can e-transfer your payment. We also accept payment via PayPal and western Union. Your e-ticket issues as soon as we have received your payment.
There are many reasons a card can be declined. Some problems include: insufficient funds, low daily spending limit, failed billing address verification and internet fraud screening. Please note that in most cases the airline will only allow a flight request to hold on the same day before the fare expires and the request is canceled. You will be notified if your card is declined and you will have to contact the credit card company to clear up the problem. Once the problem is resolved you can call our call center.
Ye, we do accept Debit cards with Visa logos on them. Debit cards (Debit Visa) normally have a lower daily spending limit which can cause complications when purchasing an airline ticket online. Please be advised you will be responsible for contacting your bank to clear up any problems. The airlines have the right to decline the fare and cancel the reservation when full payment is not received.
By default the Canadian page will be opened and all prices are in Canadian doller, However you can choose U.S flag on the top right corner of our website to view the U.S fare page. In this case all fares will be shown in U.S Dollars. We distinguished the Canadian and U.S pages and fares to offer better deals and better discounts of each region based on local and more competitive rates. If you find a better deal in the Atlas Canadian page or vise versa, the amount will be converted to Canadian dollars and these amounts are what will appear on your billing statements. Since the currency exchange rate is based on your credit card company’s conversion rate tool at the time your charge is processed, your final amount may vary.
Atlas.Travel accept only either US or Canadian Credit card. However we accept payment via E-transfer, Direct deposit, PayPal and Western Union from around the world.. There are some conditions involved and, in some rare cases additional fees will be collected. If Atlas. Travel does require certain documents and/or additional fees, you will be contacted by our call center prior to issuing your ticket. The service charge is, the fee taken from the passengers part of the tickets issued from Atlas Travel online or office. This service fee could be airline imposed fees, e-ticket change fees, or refund fees based on your request according to your ticket rules. Occasionally these service fees or airline penalties might be charged in 2 parts based on airline change and refund rules and payment policy. Please contact our Atlas Travel sales office for more information. Occasionally, some airline’s fare rules do not permit to charge the ticket fees once to issue the ticket. Accordingly we have no choice to charge the total fee in 2 parts. In this case you may see 2 charges in your credit card statement. One is under the airline name and another one is under Atlas Travel (ATH). However your invoice/ticket total is the one you have originally purchased online and it has been issued and e-mailed you by us with NO EXTRA CHARGE
Your ticket will be issued according to your online purchased amount. We will quality control all orders after we receive them and e-mail your e- ticket to you if we find everything to be ok. In the very rare case which it is not ok, one of Atlas Travel ticketing staff will contact you and try to solve any issues with your reservation or your payment. Occasionally, some airline’s fare rules do not permit to charge the ticket fees once to issue the ticket. Accordingly we have no choice to charge the total fee in 2 parts. In this case you may see 2 charges in your credit card statement. One is under the airline name and another one is under Atlas Travel (ATH). If the refund demand is done according to the passenger's own request the whole ticket amount will be refunded minus refund fee according to your ticket rules.
All service fees and taxes are included into the fare and final total when searching on our website for a flight. You are able to see the "taxes/fees" breakdown in your invoice. All separate amounts that create your final total and amount are charged to your card. However in very minor situation airlines do not accept credit cards for discounted fares. In this case, we will contact you before issuing the ticket.
Rarely, you may see separate charges on your credit/debit card for special deals and accounting reasons. However, when all amounts are added up they will not exceed the final amount you agreed to pay online. Occasionally, some airline’s fare rules do not permit to charge the ticket fees once to issue the ticket. Accordingly we have no choice to charge the total fee in 2 parts. You can purchase your ticket through someone else’s credit card, but we need the credit card authorization form signed by the card holder and a copy of his or her credit card and driving license.
You can e-transfer or transfer via PayPal and Western Union and buy your ticket. .Tickets will be issued after confirmation of the total amount’s transfer to Atlas Travel bank account. Please contact our office for more information.
