Online reservation system in www.atlas.travel and Airline regulations prohibit us from holding reservations. To ensure you receive the discounted fare, the ticket need to be purchased immediately. Airfares are not guaranteed until ticket is purchased since the fare will expire if the reservation is not confirmed and ticketed. However for special circumstances you can contact our office.

The sooner the better; in most cases airlines allow us to make a changes on the dates and time of a reservation. Names on a reservation can never be changed or altered for any reason. Class represents the reserved capacity groups for the various fares differentiated by the ticket rules and conditions such as minimum stay time in the destination, purchasing time of the ticket, price of the ticket, change and cancelation fees etc. even though there is no difference in the cabin or service or seat quality in the same cabin.
*This is different than i.e Economy class and/or business class differentiations. It is simply the distinction between different seats in each cabin.
Even though there is no difference in the service quality or seat quality for the same cabin, various fares are applied on flights differentiated by the ticket rules and conditions such as minimum stay time in the destination, purchasing time of the ticket, price of the ticket, change and cancelation fees and etc. Different capacities may be reserved for the classes of these differentiated fares on the flights considering the statistics of the tickets. The capacity of class for any of the fares may be sold out due to excess demand but at the same time there may be available seats in the other classes for higher fares on the same airline.
Yes, your purchase is confirmed when you purchase your ticket in www.atlas.travel and you have received your e-ticket from us, which usually happens on the same day. However for any rare circumstances our consultant will contact you
Your ticket has been issued with an Airline, but the flight is operated by another airline, in which they have agreements to sell each other seats. (example: buying a Lufthansa Ticket, but the flight/airplane is being operated by Air Canada)
Your flight may only be changed or rescheduled by the airline. Airline or we try to contact you via e-mail that you had provided during your reservation to advise you of the changes and offer alternative flights if required. However we strongly recommend checking your flight with Airline 72 Hours before departure for any possible last minute schedule changes

The Airline inventory changes frequently and thus airfares are always fluctuating. There is a possibility that from the time that you first select a flight option until the time you confirm the reservation there is a revision in the fares and you may not be able to complete your reservation. If you are receiving an error message it means that the airline is unable to confirm the requested flight at the fare listed as the airline inventory changes frequently. You can try an alternative day or alternative airline or you can also give us a call. We will book for you.
While making a reservation in www.atlas.travel you will see a section that allows you to request a special meal. This request will be sent to the airline and will be requested on all applicable flights. Although we can pass your meal request to the respective airlines, we cannot guarantee that the request will be granted. If you wish to change your meal choice you can contact the airline directly.
We are unable to accept vouchers or airline coupons as partial or full payment towards the purchase of an airline ticket on our website. It is suggested that you contact the issuing airline directly.
With the exceptions of domestic economy cabins and various specific airlines, you can make your seat selection according to your seat preferences, when you purchase your ticket online in www.atlas.travel . Some airlines accept seat selection only in airport. We recommend to be in airport chick-in more than 3 to 4 hours before departure for international flights and 3 hours for domestic to have better chance of your seat choice.
Some airlines also assign seat by contacting them directly with your e-ticket number.
Yes, by using "My Itinerary” button in www.atlas.travel , you can look up your existing detail reservations by entering BOOKING REF number and passenger last name. There are plenty of information about the route and destination on that page.
No, wait listing online in www.atlas.travel is not possible. However you may get help through one of our travel consultants by calling our sales offices.
Yes. You can look up online reservations made through one of our Atlas Travel agents by going onto our website, www.atlas.travel by using "My Itinerary” button. Yu can look up your existing detail reservations by entering BOOKING REF number and passenger last name. There are plenty of information about the route and destination.
After you have completed the online purchasing in www.atlas.travel you will receive a booking reference code. It is a 6 digit character code that will either be made up of both letters and numbers or just letters only. You can monitor the progress of your request by visiting our website in the “MY ITINERARY” section by entering the Booking Reference and passenger’s last name.
Once we have received your purchase order, we will do a quality control check by confirming your reservation, and credit card information etc, and then we will issue your ticket, if every information is OK.
Once issued, you will receive a second and final email confirming your request. If you did not receive a final confirmation within 24 hours please contact us. Sometimes, it may be because your email server has blocked it as possible spam. Please take a moment to check your spam/junk folder.
It is always a good idea to check your flight 72 hours before departure in both directions of travel for any possible schedule changes. This can be done by going online to www.atlas.travel and choosing the “My itinerary” option. Enter your booking reference number and your last name to check if your itinerary, date and time of your flight is still valid, flight are the same from the original or have any schedule changes. You can also contact the airline to confirm your flight. If any problems arise contact the airline or call our call center as soon as possible to solve the problem.
It means that the passenger cannot get on board to flight due missing their flight, invalid travel document or security issues.
For any adjustments in the reservation made in www.atlas.travel , please contact our call center. Depending on the ticketing rules and conditions of the ticket, our consultant will explain the changing procedures and rules such as possible change fees or fares.
You can make online bookings in www.atlas.travel to worldwide destinations with over 120 airlines or from anywhere to everywhere including all direct and connecting flights.
After having confirmed the reservation details on the confirmation page in www.atlas.travel , your credit card will be charged accordingly.
There are many reasons a card can be declined. Some problems include: incorrect card number, expiry date or security code, or insufficient funds, low daily spending limit, failed billing address verification and internet fraud screening. Please note that in most cases the airline will only allow the ticketing on the same day before the fare expires and the reservation is canceled. You will be also notified if your card is declined during the ticketing and you will have to contact the credit card company to clear up the problem. Once the problem is resolved you can call our call center to issue your ticket, if the fare still is available.
We offer special fares in www.atlas.travel which sometime they may are non-refundable. You can contact our call center through email or call our call center, where our travel agent will check the airline and ticket condition and penalties and rules for your specific ticket. Ticket rules and condition have been noted in your e-ticket/invoice. Once you decide to cancel the reservation you are subject to the “Terms and Conditions” of cancelation as stated by the airlines. Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure.

Online fares in www.atlas.travel may be lower by a small percentage, mainly because less consulting is involved. At the same time, our experienced Atlas Travel consultants may offer you better deals based on their knowledge on specific complicated itinerary. They can also provide assistance to the less experienced traveler.
Our pricing system automatically checks the availability of each class in relation to the best and lowest fares. So while you may have selected the economy cheapest fare, if the lowest fare is unavailable, the pricing system will offer higher fares in relation to airline inventory and availability.
Yes. Special fares and last minute deals are always available online. Please check online for our specials offers through our web site. Every time you search online, specials and last minute deals always display first.
Special offer fares have a limited capacity. If all seats reserved to special fares are sold you can no longer book a seat for that price any more. You will be able to book for a higher fare. We always recommend buying the cheap fare immediately, because there is a chance of losing the special offer first.

After you request your refund to our call center, on the basis of the fare rule, your refund will be made to your credit card, and it might take about 2 to 3 weeks.
Yes, it is possible. Just enter your information such as e-mail in “news letter and promotions” on the Atlas Travel web site. By doing so, we will be able to send you weekly promotions and seat sales from major airlines to worldwide destinations, domestic and international.
After searching for your destination online at www.atlas.travel, about 100 fares with a variety of different airlines, different route, different pricing will be displayed based on availability for the requested itinerary and the date; usually with flexible dates.
For bookings whose online payments were made during the online reservation process, the fare is guaranteed fares for ticket
Online reservations can only be made at least 24 hours and up to 11 months prior to departure. Please contact our office to talk to our experienced travel consultants about any special flights or complicated trips.
You can choose your seat in website during the purchasing your ticket, and they are based on availability. You can also contact our call center, we will try our best to get your seat of choice. Otherwise, seat numbers are automatically assigned after your reservation has been ticketed on all applicable flights. Some airlines only assign seats at the airport at check-in time. In this case, choices of seats are at a first come first serve basis.
Although we can arrange for your seating request to the respective airlines (wherever applicable), we cannot always guarantee that the request will be granted. To change your seating arrangements contact the airlines directly.

Yes. You can display reservations made via Atlas Travel staff by choosing the “My itinerary” option. Enter your booking reference number and your last name to check if your itinerary
Yes, you can, but If the credit card holder is not the passenger, the card holder needs to sign the Credit Card Authorization Form and email us with a copy of his credit card (back and front) and the diving license. We will issue the ticket after we reconfirm the credit card with his bank.
