Cancellation of your booking will be made according to the fare rules on your ticket. Your e-ticket rules are in your invoice/e-ticket, which are e-mailed you. In most cases, cancellation after departure is not permitted. Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. A cancellation fee will be applied. If the cancellation is permitted by the airline according to your e-ticket rules (which is in your invoice), please contact Atlas Travel for detail information by email to or call at1- 416-222-0717 or toll free in North America at 1-877-600-5454.

Refund minus refund fee will be made to the original credit card, which has paid for the ticket. Airlines do not permit the refund under any other person or any other credit card or cash payment. If the original payment was cash or e-transfer, Atlas Travel will issue a cheque to the passenger. If a ticket has been paid for by a person other than the passenger named in the ticket, and his/her name is in the invoice, Atlas Travel shall make a refund cheque only to the person paying for the ticket or to that person's order.
f cancellations are due to circumstances beyond its control (i.e. airline cancels or delays a flight, is unable to provide previously confirmed space, fails to stop at a passenger's stopover or destination point, or causes the passenger to miss a connecting flight on which the passenger holds a reservation), the airline shall provide an alternative option where space is available; or reroute the passenger to the destination indicated on the ticket by its own scheduled services of another airline.
